Clicko Shipping Policy – Fast & Reliable Delivery Across UAE
At Clicko UAE, we are committed to delivering your online orders promptly and securely. We ship our products to almost all areas of the UAE, ensuring a convenient and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Orders placed on our website will be shipped within 24 hours*, with deliveries on all days except Fridays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges
Clicko may apply a nominal shipping charge for certain products. Shipping charges are calculated on the cart/checkout page based on the order value (excluding COD charges, shipping charges, platform fees, gift wrap, or gift certificates).

Platform Fees
Clicko applies a platform fee to support efficient operations and continuous improvement of our services. This fee is applied to all orders and may be modified without prior notice. Updated platform fees will be reflected during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Time
All deliveries are handled by reputed courier partners, and the delivery timeline depends on the mode of transport:

The estimated delivery time is displayed on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout, Order Confirmation page, and in the order confirmation email. After shipment, the ‘Order Details’ section under ‘My Account’ will show the updated estimated delivery timeline, allowing you to track your order conveniently.
While Clicko aims to deliver within the communicated timelines, occasional logistics delays beyond our control may occur. Clicko reserves the right to cancel orders if delivery exceeds usual timeframes or shipments become untraceable, with refunds issued to your Clicko wallet.
Address Change
Delivery addresses can be updated only if the order status is Confirmed or Pending and none of the items have been shipped. Changes may not be accepted if variations in charges or taxes occur due to the new delivery address.
International Delivery
Clicko currently delivers to all areas of India, Oman, and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Tracking Packages
Once your order is shipped, Clicko will email you the courier company name and tracking number. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take an additional 24 hours to appear online in some cases.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver packages up to 3 times before returning them to our warehouse. Please ensure your mobile number is provided in the delivery address to facilitate faster delivery.
ID Requirement Upon Delivery
Clicko or its shipping partners may request proof of identity (e.g., ID card) or the chosen payment method at delivery. If authentication cannot be completed, delivery may be refused, and the order may be canceled.
