Clicko Cancellation Policy – Hassle-Free Order & Product Cancellations in UAE

At Clicko UAE, we are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order, we offer multiple ways to do so, ensuring flexibility and convenience:

  1. Order-Level Cancellation

  2. Product-Level Cancellation

  3. Combo/Smart Styler Cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders or products are processed as per this policy. For detailed information, please refer to the Refunds section below.


1. Order-Level Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order online before any products in the order have been shipped.

  • Applicable refunds, including shipping charges, will be credited to your Clicko Cash Wallet, which can be used for future purchases or transferred to your bank account, card, or wallet via your Clicko account.

  • If even a single product has been shipped, order-level cancellation is not allowed; individual product cancellation must be initiated instead.

  • Orders containing Gift Certificates or Personalized products are not eligible for order-level cancellation.

  • If Assembly Service was purchased with the order, it will also be cancelled automatically along with the order.


2. Product-Level Cancellation

  • You can cancel a product online before it is shipped.

  • Refunds, including shipping charges, will be credited to your Clicko Cash Wallet.

  • If the product has already been shipped, product-level cancellation is not possible.

  • Gift Certificates, Personalized products, and Gift Wrapped products cannot be cancelled once shipment is created.

  • For products purchased under a cart or discount offer, cancelling one product may result in cancellation of all products in the same offer.

  • If Assembly Service was purchased for the product, it will also be cancelled automatically.


3. Combo/Smart Styler Cancellation

  • Cancel the Combo/Smart Styler online using the ‘Cancel’ link on the order details page.

  • Refunds will be credited to your Clicko Cash Wallet.

  • Cancellation at the Combo/Smart Styler level will cancel the entire Combo/Smart Styler; partial cancellations are not allowed.

  • Orders may also be cancelled by Clicko due to:

    • Limited stock availability

    • Errors in product or pricing information

    • Credit or fraud verification issues

  • If a product in a Combo/Smart Styler is cancelled due to these reasons, you cannot cancel the remaining products in that set.

  • If Assembly Service was purchased for the Combo/Smart Styler, it will also be cancelled automatically.


Steps to Process Cancellation

Type Steps
Order 1. Log into your Clicko account and go to Order Details under ‘My Account’.
2. Click ‘Cancel Order’ next to the order.
3. Select a reason and confirm cancellation.
4. The request will be processed as quickly as possible.
5. Status updates will be available under My Account > Order History > Order Details.
6. Refund details are available under My Account > Cash in My Account.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
8. If gift wrap was purchased, it will also be cancelled automatically.
Product 1. Log into your Clicko account and go to Order Details.
2. Click ‘Cancel’ next to the product.
3. Select a reason and confirm.
4. Cancellation will be processed promptly.
5. Track status under Order History > Order Details.
6. Refund details are under Cash in My Account.
7. Confirmation email will be sent.
8. If product is shipped near cancellation time, the request may not be fulfilled.
Combo/Smart Styler 1. Log into your Clicko account and go to Order Details.
2. Click ‘Cancel’ next to the Combo/Smart Styler.
3. Select a reason and confirm.
4. Cancellation request will be processed.
5. Track status under Order History > Order Details.
6. Refund details are under Cash in My Account.
7. Confirmation email will be sent.
8. Partial cancellations are not allowed.

Scenarios When Cancellation Is Disabled

Combo/Smart Styler 1. Partial or complete delivery already made
2. Shipment partially or fully out for delivery
3. Combo/Smart Styler already cancelled

Note: Products with personalized details cannot be cancelled at any level.


Refunds

  1. Refunds for orders, products, shipments, Combo/Smart Styler, and Assembly Service are credited first to your Clicko Cash Refund Account, except for Loyalty Cash and Gift Certificates.

  2. Payments made via Loyalty Cash or Gift Certificates will be refunded to the original source.

  3. Once the refund is in your Clicko Cash Account, you may:

    • Use it for future purchases

    • Request a refund to your original payment source using ‘Refund Back to Me’ under Cash in My Account

  4. Applied coupon codes for cancelled orders will be re-activated, provided they are still valid and meet the Terms & Conditions.

  5. Cancelled orders will not earn Loyalty Cash or cashback from partner sites.
