At Clicko UAE, we provide a safe and seamless online shopping experience for parents and families. We accept multiple payment options including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and interest-free installment plans to ensure convenience and flexibility when shopping for baby products, toys, and kids’ essentials.
Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay credit cards issued in the UAE, along with debit cards from all UAE banks. By providing your card details, you authorize us to charge your Credit or Debit Card for the full amount of your purchase on the FirstCry website.
Clicko UAE is committed to secure online transactions. All your payments are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption powered by GoDaddy.com, which encrypts your card and transaction information throughout the checkout process. This ensures a safe and secure online shopping experience.
All credit and debit card payments are processed through trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks and payment service providers. Clicko uses 256-bit encryption technology to securely transmit your card information for payment processing.
We do not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV/security codes, 3D Secure PINs, or expiry dates on our servers. This information is only collected during the transaction session. Some information may be stored by risk management/fraud management systems of banks or payment gateways to prevent fraud and ensure your payments remain secure.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay cash directly to the courier when receiving your order. COD is available for orders up to AED 10,000.

COD charges are calculated on the cart/checkout page based on the order value (excluding COD charges, shipping, platform fees, coupons, or offers).
Placing a COD Order:

Select ‘Pay By Cash-on-Delivery’ during checkout.

Our Customer Care team will call to verify your details.

Once verified, your order will be processed for shipment in the specified timeframe.

Payment must be made in cash only to the courier at delivery (cheques or DDs are not accepted).

COD packages cannot be opened until full payment is made.

Interest-Free Payment Plans
Clicko has partnered with Tabby and Tamara to offer interest-free installments. Customers can split purchases into 4 monthly interest-free payments with Tabby (AED 10 – AED 10,000) or up to 4 monthly payments with Tamara (AED 10 – AED 5,000).
How it works:

Add your favorite products to the cart on our website or app (Android & iOS).

Choose Tabby or Tamara at checkout.

Pay 25% upfront for Tabby or up to 25% upfront for Tamara.

Remaining payments are automatically billed monthly.
Eligibility and credit limits for Tabby and Tamara are determined by their respective teams and vary per customer.
Refund of Payments
For credit/debit card payments, contact Customer Care for refunds. You can choose instant refund via gift voucher or refund to your bank/credit card, which is processed within 15 working days of cancellation. Refunds for DD/COD payments are processed within 15 days after receiving your bank details.
Refunds for returned products are processed once the product is received, inspected, and accepted by Clicko. If a product is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you and initiate replacement or refund as per your choice.
