How to Return a Product

Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition, with all parts, freebies, and the original receipt.

Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.

Clicko is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft if the incorrect product is handed over to the courier.

Coupons, Offers & Group Products

If any product purchased with a coupon or offer is returned, the coupon/offer benefit will not apply to the refund.

For free offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), all related products must be returned since they were purchased as a group.

Assembly Service & Refunds

For prepaid assembly service orders, if the product is returned, both product and assembly costs will be refunded.

For COD assembly service orders, only the product cost will be refunded; assembly charges will not be refunded.

If assembly service is ordered separately and prepaid, both product and assembly charges will be refunded upon return.

If assembly service is ordered separately with COD, assembly charges are non-refundable.
